We are pleased to announce that effective Monday, August 31, 2026, LaSalle Medical Associates has transition to its own internal Management Services Organization (MSO), LaSalle Medical Associates Management Service Organization (LSMA Management, Inc.).
This strategic transition marks an important milestone in strengthening our operational infrastructure and enhancing our ability to support providers, members, and business partners. Under LSMA Management, Inc., LaSalle Medical Associates will directly manage and oversee key operational functions, including:
- Utilization Management
- Case Management
- Claims Processing
- Credentialing
- Eligibility and Enrollment Services
- Provider Web Portal Operations
- Customer Service
By bringing these essential functions in-house, LaSalle Medical Associates is further positioning itself to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen support for our provider network and members.
