What is Provider Services?
Our dedicated Provider Service Representatives render world class support to our network of physicians including primary care, specialists and ancillary providers. Services range from provider trainings to onboarding support. We also offer education in claim submission, authorization review, contracting, credentialing and compliance regulations.
Additionally, our Provider Services Representatives support our network by sharing regulatory policy changes with our providers. That includes health plan mandated guidelines such as General Compliance, Fraud Waste and Abuse and Model Of Care trainings.
