  The Provider Relations department is responsible for recruiting and supporting our Network of Primary Care, Specialty and Ancillary providers. They review new and current policies, eligibility requirements and referral process. 

 The Special Programs department  manages patient programs that are designed to increase health outcomes and quality of care. The managed programs span the entire California network and are not limited to line of business.
